Initial Request
First, you need to find out whether the desired procedure requires Prior authorization. To do this, on the main page, select the Insurance company and the Procedure code or name for which you need to obtain information.
Ensure you have the correct procedure code to avoid delays in processing your request.
Our intuitive search feature allows you to quickly find insurance details and associated codes.
Any missing or incorrect details will be flagged by the system, giving you the opportunity to correct them before proceeding.
You can review a summary of your initial request to confirm all details before submitting for verification.

After filling in the Insurance Company and Procedure Code fields, click Check.
The system will verify your inputs and provide an immediate response on whether prior authorization is required.
If prior authorization is not required, you may proceed according to payer rules and coverage policies.
